Spring Flowers. Free Crochet Scarf Pattern
January 25, 2011 | Filled under 2011, Creations, Free patterns, Patterns |
This lightweight crochet scarf with flower edging is a super spring accessory and can provide a bit of warmth for the days when it is a little chilly as well as providing some additional color and texture to outfits.
Such a fun project, which takes just a couple hours and can be made in any plain or multicolored
yarn. Not to mention that this sweet flower edging may be used for blankets, pillows, sweaters, halters… well, whatever you can think of! A great gift idea too!

Very Nice Alla Thank you!
You are so kind to give us these free patterns :) I love your style and your patterns are always so easy and fun to follow. Now I do see you noted “KNIT ONLY” and I’m a die-hard hooker. BUT I think I’ll try it anyway! I’ll let you know how it comes out.

Love your patterns..I am new at trying to read patterns… Thanks so much, I will let you know how it turns out…. :)
Hello!
How do I get the pattern?
To download free patterns, please see Adobe Download icon and pattern link at right in post. BUT make sure you click the link (example: dewdrop_pin_v1.pdf), not Adobe icon you see on the left.
Hello
Love your patterns, but how do I access them?
Free patterns are available here: http://mylittlecitygirl.com/free-patterns/
I have been trying for about an hour to get this free pattern but nothing happens. Why do you have to make this so complicated. I’m not a computer expert. So many of the free patterns you just hit print and get it.
I don’t have a problem getting most of the free patterns. I . have been trying for 30 min. to try and get this pattern. Why do you make it so complicated for some of us that are not so smart on the computer.
Beautiful! I featured a link to the pattern on my blog this morning! :) http://www.mooglyblog.com/crochet-summer-scarves/
Thank you for sharing your pattern!
Thank you so much Tamara for featuring my scarf! What a gorgeous collection of scarves, btw!!
I love this scarf!! I knit and crochet A LOT so I sell many of my works then donate the proceeds to charity. I do not use any of the money received personally. Not even to buy/replace materials used as I view my “crafty” time as therapy. Do you have any objections to me making this scarf and selling it for charity? I would place your name as designer on the tag. No worries if it is not something you are comfortable with. You are very talented and deserve whatever compensation you require.
Hi Michele,
Oh, sure – feel free to sell any finished items made with my patterns, even for profit. I’m fine with! :)
Beautiful design! This could be considered a shamrock scarf. I’ll be making this for myself fir st. Patrick’s day! :)
do you have A suggestioN On How I Could Turn The Flowers Into Shamrocks.
Thanks to Alla we get the great designs and fashions for gorgeous scarfs and more. Thanks for the great tips and all!!!
Useful information. Lucky me I found your website unintentionally, and I am surprised why this coincidence didn’t happened in advance!
