I adore this pattern, great yarn choice! However the pin is catching my eye, I noticed it is crochet, by chance do you have a pattern for it? I’ve looked all over the web and can’t find non-doiley pineapples. Thanks! Dana Happy Holidays!!

Do you have a pattern for the flower scarves that you posted pictures of?

For flower scarf I’ve simply used Floral Trellis stitch. Diagram is available here:

The pineapple scarf is lovely, but I was wondering with the floral trellis whether you worked the scarf lengthwise or widthwise? I.e. - 4 long rows or many 2-flower-repeat rows?

  15. 15 On December 20th, 2008, Alla said:

Makira, a flower scarf worked lengthwise (exactly 4 long rows). Thank you, Alla

Wow, what a beautiful scarf. For Christmas, my mother asked me for 3 crocheted scarves. I did 1) ribbed one, 2) Learned the double shell stitch, and 3) Learned cabled crochet. But if she’d seen this one, she would have requested. I’d love to make this for her another time. Thanks for sharing your beautiful pattern. :o)

My daughter and myself just loved your “floral trellis” scarf. I looked at your diagram but do not know exactly how to convert that to actual crochet directions. Is there any other help you could give me? I looked every where online for the directions to this stitch. Thank you in advance for your time.
