Thank you for sharing the pattern. My mom is one of 6 girls and 3 have had BC and 2 died from it. One is cured!
So this disease has impacted my family in a big way.

Thanks for the Pattern for such a Beautiful Scarf for a Great Cause. Having 4 Daughters and a new GrandDaughter Lillian Alexandra born Friday 10-09-09, I now know what to make them for Christmas! I’m just beginning to Crochet but I think I can pull off a scaled down version for Lily, who is also going to be donning your beautiful Crochet edged socks for the next 10-12 years of her life and feeling like a Princess as my 4 Daughters did (that was the name they gave them, they were their Princess socks, some were even beaded when the socks got bigger) Thanks to an Aunt, who didn’t win her battle with BC,I know they will all be worn with pride. Thank you sooo much for sharing it means alot to people like me who are disabled and have no income,Thanks to SS insisting I have to be divorced from my Hubby of 30 years before they can process my application even though they have proof I am 100% battling RA and another fatal illness due to blood transfusions after the Birth of my Last 3 Daughters, a Free Pattern for something so beatiful means the world to me! I’m not letting the R.A, interfere with my passion to crochet. I may not be able to have the speed or endurance as most but I will still be able to feel the jpy of accomplishment and winning a Battle of my own!
Thanks again, you are a Wonferfully Creative and Generous Woman!

Thank you so much for sharing such a beautiful scarf. I do a lot for, not only breast cancer, but other forms as cancer as well. I have established a “Scarvs 4 Life” Day, (June 27th, the day I lost my son to Leukemia), which is a day to wear a “scarves for life scarf”. I have the information posted on Facebook under (Donna J. Hill-Smith). I’m working on a web-site. I hope you don’t mind me posting your scarf there (giving you credit and rights of course). Thank you again for sharing.

I am currently working on this beautiful scarf and I am running into a problem. I did 153 doubles and started on round 2. I have done the v-stitch pattern along the free loops side but I am not ending where it says I should be. I have counted twice and I can’t find anywhere that I missed a stitch or something. I am ending with a single crochet at the loop right BEFORE the spot marked B. I am assuming that I should be ending with a v-stitch IN the loop marked B. Any idea what I might be doing wrong?

Actually as I read it again, I think the spot is correct, but I should be ending with a v-stitch and not a single crochet, right?? I’m not sure what I could be doing wrong to be ending in the middle of the pattern.

When I download the Tickled Pink Scarf Crochet, the third page has black on the top. I can’t read the top, as it is blacked out. I get the words do not turn=153 dc. and the rest of the page.
    I hope you can help.
    Thank you.

    Hello Alla~
    (re:) Tickled Pink Scarf
Thank you for your fast response and help. I tried what you suggested but the first four lines of the Scarf are still blacked out.
Like you said, it is probably my pdf reader program.
Could you please email me the first four lines? I need the number of chains and the directions of the first round.
Thank you so much for your help. I love the scarf and cannot wait to make it.
    Thank you again!
    Susanna

Your Tickled Pink scarf is very pretty. I’d like to make a bit longer. Can you provide the multiple or pattern repeat to increase the number of beginning chains, please? Thank you.
