This yarn looks wonderful, I have this very blue tile in my kitchen and need to make a tablecloth and/or lace curtains. I hope I win this one!
wow, amazing color. I can see it made up to a nice dress or sweater, or jacket for my little granddaughter. The color is stunning, and will look good on her. And Patons Silk/Bamboo is a wonderful yarn, I enjoy working with it. I just wish I would make everything with silk, or bamboo. Since about 95% of everything I make I give away, not everyone is appreciative of such nice fibers, or will take good care of things.

Blue is my favorite color, and that rich, vibrant blue is my favorite shade. Such an elegant and luxurious yarn, it just shines so beautifully. I cans see a lovely hat/scarf/mitts set in this yarn, with sparkly white snowflakes sprinkled around. I know – it’s summer, but what can I say – that’s what I see with this yarn. I have never worked with this yarn but I do have soo many ideas locked up in my head that this would definitely be a winner with.
On another note…I used to not really celebrate Memorial Day, as a kid it was a free day from school and a trip to the beach…now since 2006 in the lose of my brother to Iraq…it has become a day celebration of life with bbq’s and fireworks..loving that you are celebrating it the way you are!!
