P.S.: After evening (7:15 – 8:45 PM) class of Power Vinyasa (hot yoga) yesterday, we took first (6:00 – 7:00 AM) class of Hour of Power (hot yoga) this morning… just wonder that we are still alive, not to mention that we feel SO good and full of energy ;o)
