Vancouver 2010

What a weekend! Having Olympic such close to us, sure we can’t miss it!
A little more then 2 hours of driving plus 1 hour in line to pass the border
and we were there ;o)
We so enjoined every minute of that day and I don’t have words to
describe all feelings and emotions we had …
Sunny weather, walking, chatting… happy people everywhere, music,
party on every corner and Olympic things around…
We’ve met lots of people from different countries…
… and some funny dressed folks ;o)
The cherry on the top was a Hokey game – we were lucky enough to buy
tickets about 25 min right before game was going to start ;o)
And to our full amazement the tickets we’ve got were to Skyline and it
is a first time when we saw “seats” like that. To be honest, I’ve had no
clue that stadiums have places like that at all, but it was really Awesome!
It’s like a suit with kitchen, leather sofas, bar, restroom… and definitely
not least, a game watch option ;0)
We watched Belarus/Germany and SURE SOOO excited that Belarus won
5:3!!! Te game was really Amazing and so interesting. I did not miss any
second, unbelievable LOL! I can’t say that I’m a big Hokey fan, but if here
are many games like we watched, count me in! Oh and now I understand
better my friend Servane, who became a fan of Hokey after moving to
Canada ;o)
What the memories!!!
How incredibly awesome!! I would love an experience like that :) Tickets to skyline! Wow… I’ve only seen those in movies. Lucky you ;) It sure looks like you had a blast.
Thank you Sweets!!! Oh yes, it was really incredibly Awesome!! And you will laugh, but tickets cost us $70 each. To compare prices – some our friends, who ordered tickets online paid $140-150 for non skyline tickets… but you never know… at least they had a 100% guarantee to see the game ;)

$70! You’re kidding me!! That is a sweet deal @@ Wow wee Alla!
hello! glad to read you had a wonderful time at the Olympics.
Also, just wanted to say I made one of your free patterns, the Tickled Pink scarf; you can see a photo of it on my blog. Thanks so much for offering your freebies.
Thank you Girls!
HUGS,
