Fruity Fun 2. Grape Tops
January 16, 2009 | Filled under Creations |
Yes, you are right, I’m saying "Tops", simple because I found that purple
works pretty well with my lovely lime color and I just can’t resist to offer
to you this version too ;o)
It was such a fun modeling and we are so glad that Karina, Kristin’s best
friend, joined us. She will turn 9 in February and I still wonder that this top
fits her and I guess it’s because of adjustable straps, I’m offering as much
as possible :) Also, this top features sequins/beads details and a hand
crafted grape bead, presented by my Sweet Ravelry’s friend! Thank you so
much again, Irina!!!!
… To make sure that you will understand it right, Karina made a paper
saying "Fashion models" and asked me to picture it. Isn’t she SO CUTE?! ;)
And below is a Kristin’s FAVORITE photo, she asked me to put it on my site.
Oh my, I LOVE them to pieces!! Thanks for letting me share!

Blast from the past
January 7, 2009 | Filled under In The News |
Probably you know that 5 years ago, right before “My Little Gitygirl” was
born, I worked as designer and knitter and crocheter with one Amazing
woman, an owner of Fine custom knitwear company, specialized mainly
on ladies hand knitted coats, felted hats, scarves and other accessories
and also some Judaic stuff.
Now, with so many grand sons and daughters she does not have enough
time to keep that business but we still talk and see each other from time to
time. Recently I was surprised with Joyce’s request to make 10 man’s judaic
hats for their very special family event. It was Fun to work on this custom
and it brought me back to some great memories…
