Christmas Hand Knitted Jacket Pattern for Kids
November 6, 2008 | Filled under 2008, Creations, Patterns |
Just perfect for coming holidays (although practical enough to be worn
every day). Made in traditional Christmas colors, this jacket featured a
long funny hood with a big pom-pom and cute tie, fur hood and sleeves
edging, wide bell sleeves, zipper closure, cables, patchwork details…
did I miss something?! ;)
The pattern does not include instructions on how to knit and crochet.
Basic knitting and crochet knowledge is needed, as is the ability to read
the pattern.
The pattern is available for sizes 3/4, 5/6 and 7/8.
Yarn: Main yarn used is Lion Suede in scarlet. For white and green
colors will work ANY worsted textured or plain yarn (2 strands held
together): Tahki Cotton Classic, Cotton Ease, Katia Bamboo just to
name a few. For more festive look I have combined a one strand of
Loisa Harding Gliter yarn and one strand of Tahki Cotton Classic.
Also, Instead of 2 strands of worsted weight yarn can be used a strand
of chunky weight yarn (like Laines Du Nord Cleo or any other about the
same gauge). Get a fun to play with yarn and make your unique jacket!
Level: intermediate.
* This pattern involves both Knit and Crochet skills.
8 pages; 7 pictures; a schematic; a tutorial.

Ein wundervolles Jäckchen, welches ich gern nacharbeiten würde. Würde die Anleitung gern kaufen, komme aber mit englisch nicht so klar! Gibt es diese Anleitung auch in deutsch???
