“Fun, lovely scarf! The different textures make it interesting to crochet and to look at. In terms of the printed pattern itself – it’s the most thoughtfully designed of any I’ve ever purchased.”
“Alla, you have done it again! You’ve designed a unique, beautiful, creative pattern to transport away from the ordinary! I can’t wait to make it!”
“While I sat at the hospital waiting for my Mother who was having surgery, I made up this scarf in a variegated teal and solid teal. (Aunt Lydia’s Fashion 3 thread, I live in Texas so I don’t need a warm scarf). It was so much fun to do and it turned out absolutely wonderful! Now I have to make 2 more for the sweet nurses who took care of my Mother!! Thank you so much for sharing your creativity with us. I will return for more purchases as I have a new Granddaughter on the way!!”
“I am absolutely in love with this pattern and will be purchasing!!! — Never thought green could look so good, lol, but I love it!!! Thank you!”
“I love loVE LOVE this scarf! And other things you do. I am a fine artist and when not painting I love to crochet. Right now I am a starving artist. LOL. But as soon as I sell another painting you will see me back to get the pattern for this scarf and the ” My Little CityGirl” one. Have a wonderful day and keep creating! Skye”
“I made this scarf for my daughter at Christmas – it turned out absolutely beautiful. Thank you for continuing to provide such lovely patterns! You’re amazing!”
“Cada día me es mas grato ver sus MARAVILLOSOS tejidos, los colores que usted utiliza hace que den ganas de tejer y crear aunque no queden tan hermosos como los suyos Cariños desde Chile”

Udemy + Owleta Hat Pattern Update
January 9, 2017 | Filled under Featured, Update |
Hi my dear friends,
I hope you enjoy a new 2017 as much as we are!! We are so excited and feel to turn this year into learning something new.
So, thank you Udemy for such AWESOME $10 per course deal – personally I ordered 12 courses so far… and still looking for more, – there are really so MUCH interesting stuff!!
If you are curious, below are some courses I got:
Learn to draw fashion with Adobe Illustrator CC Intermediate
Social Media Marketing 2017 – Learn PPC on 10+ Platforms
…and The Complete Android N Developer Course – because to my surprise, I found that I really missed “that” stuff
A reason of this my unusual evening post is that Udemy promotion ends January, 10 on 11:59 PM PST. It’s amazing deal to get courses for only $10 if you are looking for something new to learn.
And now for the pattern update. The pattern is 90% done – all diagrams are finished as well as writing instructions. All sizes are tested too. What I still need to do: take pictures of Option 2 and detail pictures of option 1. And polish written instruction a bit. I hope to make this pattern available in the beginning of next week.
Yours,
Alla Koval

August 4, 2013 | Filled under Announcements, In The News, Update |
Recently I had multiple issues with Ravelry customers not receiving their instant downloads. I am so glad to letting you know that this issue is fixed!
Also, I’ve been contacted by several people having a problem with instant download patterns in my Shop. I’ve double checked the process and found it also a bit not straightforward or clear but this is how eCommerce plugin is designed … So I want to explain it here.
There are two ways you can download your pattern.
1. After PayPal transaction is completed, you will be forwarded back to my Shop and you will see a “Transaction Results” page – please note lime Download hyperlink – this is the link to the PDF file. Please click it (or right-click it) and your browser will open/save/display PDF, as it is configured in your Windows/Mac/Unix/Chromium and your browser.
2. A few seconds after PayPal finished transaction, you will receive an email with download link.
Anyways, please let me know if you did not receive it or may have any questions.

Fluffy Clouds Blanket | Yarn Options
May 20, 2013 | Filled under Patterns, Update |
I’ve got several emails about your confusion with Cascade Cotton Rich yarn. Thank you so much for letting me know.
First. Cascade has two weights of Cotton Rich yarn:
- Cascade Cotton Rich (80 yd/1.75 oz)
- Cascade Cotton Rich DK (135.6 yd/1.75 oz). This one is used for Fluffy Clouds Blanket.
And yeah, it’s really expensive yarn, even if such lovely for baby blankets. But the good news is that I’ve recently discovered Omega Trigo yarn, which is about the same quality and yardage (a bit thinner), and has pretty affordable price – $5.50 for 3.5 oz (100 g) or $5.22 if buy 5 skeins all one color. Could we ask for more?
You will need 6 balls of Trigo to make the Fluffy Clouds Blanket (total costs $33) and this place is the best one to buy this yarn (amazing custom service and SUPER fast shipping).
And oh yes, you are right, my Silverlace and latest Hugs of Love blankets made with same Trigo yarn. I truly happy that found this one! :o))
