I am new to this challenge and so Glad that not too late to participate in such good cause. Just wonder
how did I miss it the last couple of years?! For more info and how to join please click here.
Oh, and SURE you do not need to create 60 scarves, unless you’d love it! ;) The challenge is to get people involved in making as many scarves as they would like within the 60 days and if even 60 people each make one scarf and donate it locally within the 60 days, then will meet the goal. This year opened a Ravelry group to help promote it and to keep an updated count. And so far the total is… 215!! Isn’t this just AMAZING!
I believe I made my last scarf about 5-6 years ago, so I definitely got a fun and enjoined working on some new and here are my 2 first scarves for this challenge. I’ll try to fit my schedule the best to create couple more…
This Diagonal Striped Scarf with fringes can be made in any color combination and with wide variety of textured and plain yarn. So easy and fun to make! And definitely not least… NO weaving in ends needed, even if such number of different yarns.
The eBook is available for download for FREE.
