Featured Yarn 41 | Feza 3N Super Bulky

Have you ever knitted with yarn that was this big? I have not, but I would love to try this one someday. But I would try some different (NOT knit or crochet) projects with this yarn. I think I would play with project like this:

1. With worsted weight (#4 Medium), or probably thinner crochet a basic piece (it’s can be scarf, shawl or rag – you name it) in net pattern (something like [tr, ch 3] repeats, or probably [trtr, ch5] – I need to see this yarn first ;o))

2. Weave through every ch-3 sp lengthwise Feza 3N yarn, leaving 5-6” yarn tails on both ends, which is a king of fringe and NO weaving ends at least ;0)

And if work with contrasting base and Feza 3N, it may be really interesting look!

Well, let me introduce, 3N yarn by Feza!

Super bulky, super lofty and super snuggly!

Feza 3N is a super bulky wool blend yarn with a hint of lycra. It’s a lightly twisted wool roving available in all natural shades.

I probably would crochet a scarf or a shawl.

No, I would not, Alla. I feel it would not be good for my hands. I value them too much to risk using such big yarn. I do like the styles it creates, though.

Yes, Mary I agree with you – even is this yarn may be too soft, I would try something to do with WITHOUT needles or hook A project like I’ve described, or make a tapestry as Marie said.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts, Mary!

Although I might try a scarf or something like that…I think that with something this size I would more likely make a tapestry or blanket…pillows…In other words, things to adorn the house rather than a human!
