Featured Yarn 35. Trendsetter Yarns Flamenco. Ruffling Mesh Yarn

New for 2011: Flamenco by Trendsetter – ruffling mesh yarn. A flouncy styled
ribbon that when spread open, looks like a fisherman’s net, Flamenco is a truly
unique yarn. By knitting the top edge, it opens up to about 3 inches and creates
beautiful openwork ruffles. You can use Flamenco alone or with any other plain
or textured yarn.

I’ve just ordered mine. Can’t wait to play with ;o)

First, I saw it in our LYS and then found it online. Isn’t they are NET?! ;) BTW, Katia also has this type of yarn – I’ll show you in a few.

I love the picture of that green scarf in the picture, but the pattern is no longer available for sale on the trendsetter website. Could you roughly describe what you think is the vague pattern for it? I can’t make out what shape it would be if it is laid flat. Thanks for your expertise, can’t wait to buy your other patterns.
